What to expect
- Arrival windows, not “sometime today.” You get a confirmed two-hour window, not an open-ended day.
- No after-hours premium on emergency diagnostic calls within our core service area. A failure at 8pm is not your fault. Ask about the far edge of the map and about holidays — we will tell you straight.
- Permits pulled locally. City of Fresno, County of Fresno, Clovis, Madera — we know whose jurisdiction you are in.
- PG&E coordination. On service upgrades we schedule the disconnect and reconnect so you are not the one on hold.
Emergencies
Burning smell, scorched panel, sparking, or a total loss of power to a business — call (559) 264-3707 rather than booking online. Online booking is for work that can wait for a scheduled window.
