TRUE SERVICE ELECTRIC
For business & property

Commercial Electrical Contractor, Fresno

Service, repair, retrofit and scheduled maintenance for commercial and light-industrial property across the Central Valley — with the current code cycle actually accounted for.

A long aisle in a commercial electrical room lined with industrial switchgear and control cabinets.
Who we work for

Property that cannot afford to sit dark

Property management

Multi-site portfolios, tenant improvements, common-area and parking lot lighting, and a documented electrical history for each building. One agreement across the portfolio beats pricing every site alone.

Restaurants & retail

Kitchen equipment circuits, walk-in and refrigeration power, sign and site lighting, and the new electric-ready kitchen requirements that arrived with the 2025 code cycle.

Medical & professional offices

Equipment circuits, emergency and exit lighting testing, panel capacity for new equipment, and after-hours work so your schedule is not the thing that gets disrupted.

Warehouse & distribution

High-bay LED conversion, dock and yard lighting, equipment feeds, and the medium- and heavy-duty EV readiness that CALGreen now attaches to loading spaces.

Ag & food processing

The Valley runs on it. Pump and irrigation circuits, motor controls, cold storage and packing house power — where an outage is not an inconvenience, it is spoilage.

Multifamily

House panels, unit service, common areas, and the CALGreen EV requirement of at least one EV-ready space per dwelling unit plus Level 2 on a share of common parking.

How we bid

A line-item estimate, not a lump sum

  1. Walkthrough and scope. We come to the building. Photos of a panel are not a scope.
  2. Design and estimate. Load calculations, gear and fixture schedules, and a line-item price with alternates so you can see what each decision costs.
  3. Build and commission. Permitted, coordinated with your other trades, and tested.
  4. Support. As-builts, warranty, and a maintenance interval if you want one.

Worth knowing

The code changed on January 1, 2026

Permits pulled on or after that date fall under the 2025 Title 24 cycle. Lighting controls tightened, battery storage became mandatory where PV is required, commercial kitchens have to be electric-ready, and CALGreen EV requirements now trigger on ordinary alterations.
